Mr. Haley was born April 9, 1928 in Dallas. He had served in the U.S. Air Force. Services will be held at 10 a.m. at Cade Cemetery, with Rev. Chris Elliott officiating. Mr. Haley is survived by his wife, Pat O'Curran Haley; daughters Glenda Haley, Sheila Blazewicz of Lake Dallas, and Joni Slater of Streetman; grandchildren Stephanie Verret of Mesquite and Toni Fox of Streetman; Great-grandchidren Kyle and Avery Verret of Mesquite; Ryan and Travis Fox of Streetman; and Joey and Blake Avala; and a brother, James (Butch) Haley of Grand Prairie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Julia Haley; a brother, Pete Haley; three sisters, Patsy Elliott, Ann Kooter Whitthorn and ElsiMae Tippie; and a grandson, Stephen Avala.
