  T. J. Hall Funeral Held At Fairfield
  
  FAIRFIELD, June 9 - (Spl.) - T. J. Hall died at his home in Fairfield Tuesday
after a long illness. Burial was in the Fairfield cemetery Wednesday afternoon,
the Rev. Ben Stohler conducting religous services.
  Pallbearers were Frank B. Peyton, C. E. Childs, H. L. Williford, Morris Sneed,
E. H. Newman, Alton Parker, and Isaac Thornton.
  Mr. Hall was born in Eaglesville, Tenn., Feb. 13, 1869 and came to Fairfield
in 1876. He established a dry goods store here and a branch store in Teague. He
also served as director and president of the Fairfield State Bank for a number of
years.
  He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. W. W. Steward, Mrs. Annie Day, and Miss
Mary Hall and grandson, Harold Day, all of Fairfield.
