Jack Glenn Harris

Funeral services were held Nov. 23 for Jack Glenn Harris, 68, of Fairfield, who
died Nov. 20.

Capps Memorial Chapel hosted the service that was led by Rev. Don Suits, II.

Mr. Harris was born June 2, 1939 in Jacksonville, Texas.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Carolyn Harris of Fairfield, sons Kevin
Harris and wife Bonita of Spartonburg, South Carolina, Joe Harris and wife DeAnn
of Fairfield, and daughter Karen Lezcano and husband Juan of Seattle, Wash.

Grandchildren are Elizabeth and Travis Rose, Christopher and Amanda Lezcano, 
Anthony Lezcano, Susan Lezcano, Sean and Luana Lezcano, Rachael Lezcano, James 
Lezcano, Mary Lezcano, Jonathan Lezcano, Justin and Michelle Harris, Colton 
Harris, Sydnal Harris, Matthew Harris and Natalie Harris. Great-grandchildren 
include Brooke Rose and Keanu Lezcano.

Mr. Harris is preceded in death by his parents Elvie Otis and Birdie Marie 
Harris, grandparents J.W. and Hattie Harper, and great-granddaughter Ava Grace 
Harris.

Burial was at Whitehead Cemetery in Grapeland. Pallbearers were Justin Harris,
Matthew Harris, Colton Harris, Craig Emmons, Troy Whitehead and Glenn Emmons.

JACK GLENN HARRIS


Mr. Jack Glenn Harris, of Fairfield, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, November 
20, 2007. He was 68 years old.

He was born on June 2, 1939 in Jacksonville, Texas to Elvie Otis and Birdie
Marie Harris.

Funeral services for Mr. Harris were held on Friday, November 23, 2007, at
Capps Memorial Chapel in Fairfield.

Rev. Don Suits II officiated and interment was at Whitehead Cemetery in 
Grapeland, Texas.

Mr. Harris is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carolyn Harris of Fairfield, 
his sons Kevin Harris and wife Bonita of Spartonburg, South Carolina, Joe 
Harris and wife DeAnn of Fairfield; his daughter Karen Lezcano and husband 
Juan of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren Elizabeth and Travis Rose, 
Christopher and Amanda Lezcano, Anthony Lezcano, Susan Lezcano, Sean and Luana
Lezcano, Rachael Lezcano, James Lezcano, Mary Lezcano, Jonathan Lezcano, Justin
and Michele Harris, Colton Harris, Sydnal Harris, Mathew Harris, Natalie Harris
and great grandchildren Brooke Rose and Keanu Lezcano.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents J.W. and Hattie Harper
and great granddaughter Ava Grace Harris.

Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield was in charge of the arrangements.
