Banks, Ruby Barthley, and Walter Griene, all of Dallas, Tx.; William Hemphill and Robert Hemphill, both of Spokane, Washington; Twettia Allen, Compton, California; Julius Hemphill, Jr. and Sena Pierre, both of Los Angeles, California; Lettia Marshall, Omaha, Nebraska; and Billy Hemphill, Duncanville, TX; 1 brother: Rev. Earnest Ransom, Houston, Tx.; 1 stepbrother: Roosevelt McBay, Fairfield, Tx.; 2 sisters: Etta Mae Averheart, Fairfield, Tx. and Lena Mae Williams, Houston, Tx.; 2 grandsons: Vernon E. Johnson and Earnest Johnson, both of Los Angeles, Ca. She was preceded in death by her sister, Berneather Rischer and 1 stepson, Albert Hemphill. Pallbearers were Adam Wade, Sylvester Rischer, McKinley Averheart, Eugene Thurman, K. C. Willis, and C. W. Daniels. Honorary pallbearers were Billy Hemphill, Rev. Earnest Ransom, Roosevelt McBay, Rev. Charlie Averheart, Rev. Jimmy Rischer, and Rev. Ivory Rischer. Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield was in charge of arrangements.
