Freestone County, Texas Obituaries The Teague Chronicle October 8, 2009 edition KAMARO HARDNETT HIGH Funeral services for Kamaro Hardnett High, 32, of Mexia were held on Saturday, August 1, 2009, at First Baptist Church in Mexia, Texas. Reverend Ronald Coleman and Reverend Cleo High officiated. Interment was at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. Kamaro was a 1996 graduate of Mexia High School, a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Mexia and opened Buni & Klyde Barber Shop in downtown Mexia in 2001. He passed away at Parkview Regional Hospital Emergency Room among loving family and friends. Mr. High is survived by his son Dominic Chapman of Mexia; his father Ronald High and wife LaDonna of Dallas; his mother Debra Hardnett Moffitt and husband Darnell of Dallas; his guardian parents Rev. Cleo and Debra High of Mexia; his brothers Shuman High, Michael High and Johnny High; his sisters Shalunda Hardnett, LaShetha Brown, Nicole Brown, Shacoba High and LaKechia Johnson; his niece and nephew Shay Jones and Jerrold Rudd, Jr. Pallbearers were Antoine Wicker, Rodney Smith, Chris Shephard, Nakia Scott, David Jones, Germany Williams, Anthony Johnson and Tommy Dawkins.
