Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Randy (Wolfie) Hill (Died February 28, 2011) Funeral services for Mr. Randy Hill were held on Friday, March 4, 2011, at 10:00a.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Bro. James Rincker officiated. Interment followed the services at Tehuacana Cemetery. Mr. Hill passed away on Monday, February 28, 2011, at his residence near Mexia. He was born in Longview, and moved around a lot as he grew up in east and southeast Texas. He married Margie on Jan 23, 1982 and they shared over twenty- nine years together. Mr. Hill was a truck driver all of his working life and was known by the handle, “Wolfie” for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football, especially the Dallas Cowboys, and the History Channel. Mr. Hill loved music and could play the guitar and sing. He was a true people person and never met a stranger nor uttered a bad word about anyone. He is survived by his wife, Margie Hill of Mexia; three daughters, Kristi Hawkins & husband Clay of Xenia, Ohio, Brandy Hill of Teague, and Candy Oliver & husband Jason of Gary, TX; two sons, Gary Hill & wife Kim of Groesbeck and Heath Hill & wife Christi of Teague; two “adopted daughters”, Teri Foreman & husband Jeremy of Crowley, LA., and Tonya Harris & husband Joey of Groesbeck; eighteen grandchildren, Jesse, Cade, Josh, Harlie, Paige, Meghan, Skylar, Dalton, Hannah, Alex, Emily, Rachel, Macy, Alyssa, Matthew, Adam, Cord, and Daniel; one brother, Ted Hill & wife Liz of Carthage; his father-in-law, Blake Johnson, Sr. of Mexia; other relatives and friends. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents, Julius (Slim) and Johnnie Faye Hill; and two brothers, Gary Lynn Hill and Jeff (Peanut) Hill.
