Died - Mr. James S. Hinton, a former citizen of our county who moved to Henderson 
County about 8 or 10 years ago, died at hi home near Malakoff on the 25th of last 
month. The deceased was a good industrious citizen and was well known to many in 
this county. He came to Freestone in 1870 from Hines County Mississippi and 
resided on Ward Prairie until he moved away. He died aged 63 years and was well 
esteemed by his neighbors and friends in Henderson County. He leaves to mourn his 
loss a wife and two children besides several other children by a former wife.
