Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Fairfield Recorder newspaper January 8, 2009 Marian Hippel MARIAN HIPPEL Funeral services were held Sunday for Marian Hippel, 90, of Teague who died Friday, Jan. 2, in her residence. Services were conducted at 3 p.m. by Rev. Jeff Powers at the First United Methodist Church of Teague. Interment followed at Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Hippel is survived by her husband, Harry Glenn Hippel of Teague; sons, Bill Hippel and wife Cindy of Houston, Glenn Hippel and wife Renee of San Antonio; daughter, Patti Hippel of Teague; grandsons, Heath Hippel and wife Amy of Spring, Jay Hippel and wife Berkeley of Denver, Colorado, Greg Hippel and wife Hope of Sugar Land; granddaughters, Regina Jameson and husband Walt of Fairfield, Laurie Hippel and daughter, Maren of Wharton; step-granddaughters, Tiare Steinbach of San Antonio, Tiana Babers and husband Cal of El Paso; great- grandchildren, Ryan, Will and Evan Jameson, all of Fairfield, Maren Ellis of Wharton, Dean Hippel of Sugar Land, Benjamin, Mia and Ella Lee Hippel, all of Spring; brother, Ken Wheeler of Fort Worth; and sister, Jeanette Worley of Los Angeles, California. Arrangements were made by Bowers Funeral Home of Teague.
