Daniel Rites
FAIRFIELD (spl) - Funeral services were held Jan 7, at First Assembly of God
Church in Fairfield for Hollis Daniel, 56, Route 1, Oakwood. The Rev. Roy
Welch, the Rev. James Pruitt and the Rev. Howard Cockrell officiated. Interment
was at Lake Chapel Cemetery.

Constable of Precinct 3, Daniel also drove a school bus. He is survived by his
wife, Mary Daniel of Oakwood; two sons, Hollis Wayne Daniel and John Franklin
Daniel of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Blanche Payton of Fairfield and Mrs.
Evelyn McClure of Thurned, Calif.; and eight brothers, Herman Daniel of Emmett,
Wesley and Finas [Finis] Daniel of Fairfield, Lewis and Frank Daniel of Lanely,
Wordlow and Lonnie Daniel of Leon, and Elbert Daniel of Drew.
