Obituary of Mrs. Sallie (Loper) Hooks

               Burned To Death
   Mrs. John Hooks, living in the Israel community, lost her life Saturday. We 
understand she was warming suppoer for her little child, and turning her back
to the fire her dress was ignited. When she discovered her dress was afire she
rushes out of doors, fanning the flames. She was found in the orchard, and 
lingered twelve hours before death release her suffering.
   Before marriage deceased was a Miss Loper.
