Mrs. Faye Hughes

KIRVIN- Mrs. Faye Hughes, 81, of Kirvin, died Tuesday morning in Wortham Nursing 
Home. She was a member of the Kirvin Baptist Church. Service was Thursday, 11 
a.m.. Kirvin Baptist Church with the Revs. 0. D. Christian and Gary O’Dell 
officiating. Burial followed at Woodland Cemetery in Kirvin. Arrangements were 
with Porter Funeral Home in Wartham. Survivors include three sons, Billie D. 
Hughes, of Kirvin, Harris G. Hughes, of Angleton, artd Jack P. Hughes of Pasadena; 
one daughter, Mrs. G. L. Johnson, of Hilltop I ¿ike; two sisters, Miss Myra 
Johnston, of Kirvin, and Mrs. Mary Barnes, of Fort Worth; 17 grandchildren and 
15 great-grandchildren.
