Bowers Funeral Home web site Eunice Hull (July 23, 1918 - February 18, 2012) Graveside services for Mrs. Eunice Hull were held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at 2:00p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Teague. Rev. Alan Van Hooser officiated. Mrs. Hull passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at Kindred Hospital in Mansfield. She was born in Donie on July 23, 1918 and grew up there and graduated from Donie High School with the Class of 1937. She worked as a waitress in Teague and married Oscar Hull in 1940. Mrs. Hull volunteered her time and efforts with numerous civic organizations in her lifetime. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and a Past Worthy Matron and also served with the B-RI Railroad Museum. She was an avid sports fan and loved to watch football and baseball games. Mrs. Hull was a lifelong Methodist and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Teague for seventy-two years and enjoyed being a member of the Leila Weaver Sunday School Class. She is survived by one son, Charles R. Hull & wife Sue; one daughter, Helen Marek & husband Ronnie all of Teague; four grandchildren, Mark Hull & wife Kathy of Teague, Lisa Reed of Trophy Club, Jeri Gore & husband Greg of Teague, and Jim Marek of Magnolia; nine great-grandchildren, Erin Harris & husband Kurt of Teague, Steven Hull & wife Beth of Lorena, Charlie Douglas Hull of Teague, Collin Reed of Trophy Club, Jordan Reed of KaniKaula, Hawaii, Thomas Reed of Trophy Club, Kristen Gore, Colton Gore, and Cason Gore all of Teague; four great-great-grandchildren, Mason, Cole, Caleb, and Madison; other relatives and friends. Mrs. Hull was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Hull; her parents, Felix & Laura Roberts; eight brothers, and one sister.
