"Mrs. Irma Kent

Miss Irma Louise Kent, 54, life-time resident of Freestone County, who had
recently moved to Galena Park, passed away Thursday December 4, at Fairfield
Memorial Hospital.

Services were held Saturday, December 6, at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church
with Bro. Norman Burks, Bro. H. L. McKissack and Bro. Donald Pruitt
officiating.  Interment followed in Lakes Chapel Cemetery.

Miss Kent is survived by two half-sisters, Mrs. Marion Willard of Galena Park,
with whom she lived, and Mrs. Roy Granberry of Palestine; and several nieces
and nephews.  

[P]allbearers were Clois Mullens, Dub Gibson, Bill Minchew, Frank Lambert,
Billie Bonner, Glendale Black, and William Henry Cherry.
