EDITH M. JACKSON

Funeral services were held Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church of Fairfield for 
Edith M. Jackson, 93, of Fairfield who died Tuesday, April 5.

Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery in Freestone county.

Mrs. Jackson was born September 8, 1917 in Springfield, AR to Jessie Lee Wilson
and Allie Melvina VonOhlen Gordon.

She has been a resident of Fairfield for the past 15 years, moving from New 
Braunfels.

Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Donna Fisher, 
Emily Stines and Wilma Wilson.

She is survived by daughters Carolyn Fischer and husband Robert of Fairfield, 
Katherine Dunham of San Diego, CA and Joyce Griffin and husband Paul of El 
Cajon, CA; sister Mary Frances Harrison of San Antonio; brother Gordon Wilson 
of Chandler, AZ; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-
greatgrandchildren.

Officiating services was the Reverend Terry Skinner.

Making arrangements was Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield
