Daniel "D.J." James Funeral Services Held on Tuesday 

Daniel "D.J." James, age 59, of Groesbeck, passed away Saturday, October 8,
2005 in Waco. 

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 11, at the Groesbeck Funeral
Home Chapel with his nephew Greg James officiating. Burial followed at Donie
Cemetery. 

Daniel was born on December 23, 1945 in Navasota to Jorge and Celia (De la
Garza) Jaime. He was a self employed Concrete Contractor. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jorge and Celia Jamie; brother, Vidal
James; sister, Loupe James. 

Survivors include his daughters, Rebekah Clarine James of Donie, Jamie Danielle
James of Athens, and Kris Lane and husband William of Dew; son, Nathan Daniel
James and wife Dolores of Donie; granddaughter, Adelina Margarita James of
Donie; grandson, Colby Shaw of Dew; mother of my kids and my special friend,
Janie James of Donie; brothers, Isaac James of Jacksonsville, and George James
of Bryan; sisters, Mary Ann Flores of Bryan, and Ruth Navarro of Bryan and
numerous nieces and nephews.
