Lesonia Evette Johnson

Lesonia Evette Johnson, 33, of Dallas, formerly of Houston, passed away
Thursday, August 30, 2001 at Plano Medical Center in Plano.

Visitation will be 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m Tuesday at Ross and Johnson Mortuary and
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Second Mission Baptist Church in Corsicana.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Second Mission Baptist Church with the
Rev. Joe D. Hubbard officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery
in Streetman.

She was born Oct. 16, 1967 in Fairfield. She was presently employed by James
avery Craftsman, Inc. of Kerrville.

She was preceded in death by one son and her grandfather, George Thomas Sr.

Ms. Johnson is survived by a son, Jonathan Johnson; daughter, Brittney Johnson,
both of Dallas; mother, Brenda Grace of Houston; maternal grandmother, Frances
Thomas; maternal great-grandparents, Frances and Clint Robinson, all of
Streetman; Theodore and Geneva Taylor of Dallas; several aunts and uncles
including: Marva Nwachukwu of Allas, Diane Portis of Dallas, Levetta Adams of
San Antonio, Alfred Bodon of California, R.D. Spence of Dallas, and George and
Constance Thomas of Houston; and other relatives and friends, including special
friend, Michael Valentine.
