Delia Ann Johnson

HEREFORD - Delia Ann Johnson, 79, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 1999, in Amarillo.
   
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Sinai Baptist Church with the Rev.
William Johnson of the church officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery
by Rix Funeral Directors.
   
Mrs. Johnson was born in Freestone County. She joined Salem Baptist Church. She
married Alexander Johnson in 1942 at Teague. He died in 1986. She moved to
Hereford from Teague in 1958. She was a member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church.
   
Survivors include five sons, A.J. Johnson of Aiken, S.C., Joe Johnson of
Houston, D.J. Johnson of Hinesville, Ga., Travis Johnson of Hereford and
Charles Johnson of Amarillo; two daughters, Annie R. Johnson of Hereford and
Marie Vaughn of Houston; two sisters; one brother; 19 grandchildren; and 18
great-grandchildren.
