Eddie Earl Johnson
Eddie Earl Johnson, 56, of Amarillo, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Mount Zion Baptist Church with the Rev.
James Collins and the Rev. William Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Llano
Cemetery by Warford-Walker Mortuary Inc., 509 N. Hughes St. 

Mr. Johnson was born in Fairfield. He attended Hereford schools, Frank Phillips
College and Amarillo College. He was an Army veteran and a truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Johnson of Amarillo; seven sons, Johnny
Johnson of Dallas, Michael Kellum of Lubbock, Rhyan Johnson of Plano and Latham
Johnson, Danta Johnson, Marcus Johnson and Brandon Johnson, all of Amarillo;
three daughters, Teresa Simmons and Charlotte Simmons, both of Amarillo, and
Ronda Martin of Plano; and 17 grandchildren, Lakesia, LaTwania, Shasta,
Shauntae, D.J., Tavin, Isiah, Chrystal, Kirya, Dorian, Page, Charleston,
Triston, Little John, Abrian, Aubriella and Charmonta.
