KEELING - Wortham, Texas. April 27. - Mrs. Amanda Keeling, 84, died Tuesday
night. Mrs. Keeling was a native of New Albany, Miss. She came to Wortham
forty-five years ago with her husband, R. L. Keeling. Surviving are the
following daughters and sons: Mrs. M. C. Strange, Mrs. J. L. Calame, T. A.
Keeling, E. A. Keeling, all of Wortham, and J. E. Keeling of Henderson. Funeral
services were held at the Methodist Protestand Church Wednesday afternoon.
Pallbearers were the following grandsons: E. A. Strange, Spurgeon Calame and
Charles Keeling of Wortham, Clyde Keeling of Mexia, T. G. Keeling of Corsicana,
James Keeling of Henderson, Marion Keeling of Overton and Clovis Keeling of
Overton.
