The Bryan - College Station Eagle March 30, 2005 edition Karren ‘Kepp’ John Keppner Feb. 27, 1941 — March 28, 2005 JEWETT — Services for Karren “Kepp” John Keppner, 64, of Buffalo are set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Ricks-Bowers Chapel in Jewett. The Rev. Carl Clark will officiate. Burial with military honors will be in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to the time of services Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Keppner died Monday at East Texas Medical Center in Fairfield. He was born in St. Anthony, Idaho. He was a maintenance supervisor in the mining business. Mr. Keppner served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Survivors include his wife, Jan Keppner of Buffalo; a daughter, Marleena Osteen of Glendale, Ariz.; a stepdaughter, Angela Hundley of Cedar Park; a stepson, Worth Wheeler of St. Petersburg, Fla.; his parents, Steve and Nedra Keppner of Rexburg, Idaho; a sister, Fern Cooper of Rexburg, Idaho; and several grandchildren.
