[These are the obituaries for Nancy E. (Dunagan) Kirven (b 11 May 1861 to d 18 Sep 
 1892.) who was wife of John  Broadnax Kirven.]

Mrs. John B. Kirven, wife of the postmaster at Cade, died last night at 10 o'clock
of black jaundice. She was a sister of Mrs. T. A. Hayes, of this city and leaves
a husband and two children to mourn her loss. She was about 32 years old and was
sick only a few days. She was a consistent member of the Baptist church in which
faith she died. -- Corsicana Light [newspaper]

Mr. Kirven is well known in Fairfield where he lived some years ago and his 
friends here will be sorry to hear of his great misfortune. His wife was a 
daughter of the late J. C. Dunagan of this country and a sister of Messrs. L. A.
and C. B. Dunagan of Wortham. The Recorder tenders sincere sympathy to the 
bereaved husband and family.
