Sampson Lamb was called to the death bed of his father at Wortham, Saturday.

OLD CITIZENS GONE

News was received here Monday of the death of Mr. Sam Lamb, of Wortham, and Mr. 
William Chancellor, of Isreal, both death occurring Sunday.

These two men were quite old and were pioneer citizens of the county. We regret 
that we haven't the information to give an extended notice of their past, and
hope some friend will furnish us an obituary of each.
