Wilma Jean (Blakely) Lambert

Funeral services were held last month for Wilma Jean Lambert, 92, of Fairfield
who died Wednesday, Jan. 23.

Mrs. Lambert was born in Fairfield on June 10, 1915 to parents John and 
Margaret Blakely.

Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at Fairfield 
Cemetery with John Ray Bailey officiating.

Mrs. Lambert is survived by sons Ralph Lambert and wife Sue of Fairfield, Gene
Lambert and wife Ellen of Oklahoma, and Herman Lambert and wife Linda of 
Colorado; brother Clyde Blakely of Lubbock; and two great, great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by parents John and Margaret Blakely; husband Alton 
Lambert; son Kenneth Lambert; sisters Eunice Jordan, Astorlene Swartzfager, 
Eva Williford, and Evelyn Brown; and brothers Addison Blakely, Arden Blakely, 
and Paul Blakely.

WILMA JEAN LAMBERT

Graveside services for Mrs. Wilma Jean Lambert, 92, of Fairfield, Texas were held on 
Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at Fairfield Cemetery. John Ray Bailey conducted the 
service.

Mrs. Lambert was born on June 10, 1915, in Fairfield, Texas, to John A. and Margaret 
Blakely and passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2008.

Mrs. Lambert is survived by her sons Ralph Lambert and wife Sue of Fairfield, Gene 
Lambert and wife Ellen of Oklahoma and Herman Lambert and wife Linda of Colorado; 
and her brother Clyde Blakely of Lubbock.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alton Lambert, her son Kenneth 
Lambert, her sisters Eunice Jordan, Astorlene Swartzfager, Eva Williford and Evelyn 
Brown and her brothers Addison Blakely, Arden Blakely and Paul Blakely.

Capps Memorial Chapel of Fairfield was in charge of the arrangements.
