Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Fairfield Recorder February 09, 2008 Wilma Jean (Blakely) Lambert Funeral services were held last month for Wilma Jean Lambert, 92, of Fairfield who died Wednesday, Jan. 23. Mrs. Lambert was born in Fairfield on June 10, 1915 to parents John and Margaret Blakely. Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at Fairfield Cemetery with John Ray Bailey officiating. Mrs. Lambert is survived by sons Ralph Lambert and wife Sue of Fairfield, Gene Lambert and wife Ellen of Oklahoma, and Herman Lambert and wife Linda of Colorado; brother Clyde Blakely of Lubbock; and two great, great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents John and Margaret Blakely; husband Alton Lambert; son Kenneth Lambert; sisters Eunice Jordan, Astorlene Swartzfager, Eva Williford, and Evelyn Brown; and brothers Addison Blakely, Arden Blakely, and Paul Blakely.
