W. G. (Gordon) Lewis, 69, of Streetman, died Sept. 28, 1989 at the Veteran’s 
Hospital in Temple.

Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home with Dr. 
David Hale officiating. Burial will follow in St Elmo Cemetery.

Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Oma Lee Lewis of Streetman; two sons, Kenneth Lewis
of Streetman and Ronny Lewis of Corsicana; three grandchildren; one sister, 
Mozelle Carmichael of Tulsa Okla.; four brothers, Donald Lewis of Streetman,
Mack Lewis of Montgomery Ala., and Bobby Lewis of Houston.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Metcalf, Bobby Metcalf, Don Caruthers, Mike Roberts,
Don Sawyer and Charlie Sawyer.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lester Sawyer, Lloyd Robinson, Clyde Sawyer, 
Charlie Folmar, V. V. Pickens, Jeff Lewis, Kenneth Roberts.
