TRIBUTE OF RESPECT - 
Whereas, Mrs. M.A. Lewis, who died at her home near Winkler, Freestone Co., 
Texas, Jun 3rd, 1892, was born in 1853 was the wife of Bro. A.H. Lewis and 
the only sister of Bro. J.W. Hill.  She left seven living children, the 
oldest being only ten years old.  She had been since girlhood a member of New 
Hope Baptist Church.
