   Burned to Death
   
   A sad and deplorable accident occurred last Thursday morning, in the Israel
neighborhood, about nine miles northwest of Fairfield, which resulted in the
death of Mrs. Pete Loper. Mrs. Loper was burning trash in the yard, about 11
o'clock Thursday morning of last week, and her dress became ignited, and there 
being no help near the unfortunate lady was so badly burned that death resulted
in a few hours. Deceased was a young woman, and had been married about two years
and leaves a husband and a 9 months' old baby.
