BUFFALO — Services for Jessie D. Lummus, 64, of Buffalo are set for 10 a.m.
Thursday at Buffalo Funeral Home. The Rev. Russell Rogers of Rowlette, Texas,
will officiate. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery in Donie, Texas.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday with the family present from 6
to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lummus died Tuesday at her home.

She was born in Teague and lived in Buffalo most of her life. Mrs. Lummus
worked in restaurants and was a member of Flo Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Gene Lummus of Buffalo; her mother, Frankie Mae
Bullin of Buffalo; a son, Robert Lummus of Buffalo; a daughter and son-in-law,
Marilyn and John Lapcsik of Buffalo; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Anderson
Bullin of Buffalo and Jerry and Carol Bullin of Bryan; two sisters and a
brother-in-law, Telita Reed of Dallas and Blanch and Melvin Thomas of Buffalo;
and two grandchildren.
