Roger Lee Lyons, Sr.

Roger Lee Lyons, Sr., 54, of Mexia, died Sunday at his home. He was employed by
Southern Traditions.

Funeral services will be this afternoon at 2 o'clock in Blair-Stubbs Funeral
Home. The Rev. Harvey Hallmark, pastor of First Pentecostal Church, will
officiate. Burial will be in Wortham Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife, Shirley Lyons; two daughters, Jennifer Owens of
Groesbeck and Cheryl Robinson of Mexia; a son, Roger Lyons, Jr., of Mexia; four
sisters - Peggy Caldwell of Huntsville, Mary Hernandez and Patricia McGough,
both of Houston, and Minnie Sanders of Madisonville; and three brothers, Sammy
Lyons of Madisonville, Stephen Lyons of Huntsville and Roman Collier of
Arizona.
