Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Teague Chronicle March 13, 2008 Issue BILLY MACK MARBERRY Mr. Billy Mack Marberry passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at his home in Houston. He was 81 years old. Born on March 20, 1926, to John Preston and Pauline Prouty Marberry, in Kirvin, Texas, Bill is survived by Charlene, his loving wife of over 64 years. His son Gary and wife Vickie of Hockley and his son Redgie of Bellville; his grandchildren Kellie and husband Keith Tucker of Iola, Krysta Marberry of Cypress, Corey Marberry and wife Kristy of Cypress, Kaycie Marberry of Hempstead; his great grandchildren Kyle and Kolt Tucker, Amber Peskey and Kayle Marberry; his brother Doug Marberry and wife Dorothy of Mexia; his sister Pat Crocker of Seagoville; his brother Paul Marberry and wife Mary of Fairfield; his sister Mary Baugh and husband Jimmy of Waco; many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive Mr. Marberry. Bill worked for FMC Corp. for over 39 years before retiring in 1986 as Materials Manager. He was one of the top and most respected purchasing directors in the oilfield industry. After retiring from FMC, he joined his sons in several business ventures which included Marberry Machine Inc., and Cromdane Steel Inc. He also enjoyed many happy times working on his ranch and spending time with his family and friends. He was a very special husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Services were held at Pat H. Foley Funeral Directors in Houston. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to Jersey Village Baptist Church.
