James Thomas Mason

James Thomas Mason, of Wortham, died at the age of 79 on June 6 at Madison St.
Joseph Hospital in Madisonville.
Funeral services were held Friday at Porter Chapel in Wortham  with Mark Miller
officiating.
Interment followed at Wortham Cemetery.
Mr. Mason was born November 3, 1926 in Potoka, Oklahoma. He was plant manager
for Burgess Industries.
He is survived by his daughter Gennie Smith of Jewett; sons Glen Mason of Fort
Worth and Arlin Mason of Dallas; daughters Debi Johnson of Fairfield, Gay St.
Clair of McKinney, Brenda Robinson of Fairfield and Carli Chapman of Corsicana.
Mr. Mason is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were grandsons Scotty Johnson, Danny Robinson, Eric St. Clair, Clay
Chapman, Kyle Mason and Cameron Sandifer.
Arrangements were by Porter Chapel in Wortham.
