FRED OWENS McKINLEY

Fred Owens McKinley, of Corsicana, Texas passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014. 
He was 78 years old.

Mr. McKinley was born on September 5, 1936 in Wortham, Texas to Ben and Evelyn 
McKinley. He was in the United States Marine Corp and worked as Director of 
Public Works in Teague for more than 18 years.

Mr. McKinley was preceded in death by his parents and his son Ricky McKinley. 
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Darlene McKinley, his sons Larry Thompsen 
and Donnie McKinley, his daughter Tammie Mantz, six grandchildren, and 11 great 
grandchildren.

The McKinley family would like to extend an invitation to celebrate the life of 
Fred McKinley at Dresden Methodist Church in Dresden, Texas on Saturday, November 
8th between 2-4 p.m.

At this time the family asks for no visitors at the McKinley home now or following 
the celebration. The family says thank you and love to all.
