Audrey (Moore) McKinney

Funeral services were held for Audrey Moore McKinney, 87, of Duncanville who 
died Tuesday, March 10, at Laurenwood Nursing Home in Duncanville.

Mrs. McKinney was born in the Shanks Community on May 15, 1921 to Tracy and 
Beulah Whatley Moore.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, at Shanks Cemetery 
near Kirvin with Steve Cowart officiating.

Mrs. McKinney is survived by her son, Larry E. McKinney and wife Tammy of 
Duncanville; daughter, Paula Dickerson and husband Roy of Midlothian; 
grandchildren, Loyd E. McKinney and wife Tammy, Angela Mann and Clay Dickerson; 
great-grandchildren, Cooper Dickson, Sierra Mann, Meredith McKinney and Allison 
McKinney; sister, Dorothy Fitzgerald and husband J.W.; brother, Tracy Moore and 
wife Rose, all of Teague.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon E. McKinney; parents, Tracy and 
Beulah Moore; brothers, Aubrey and Raymond Moore; and sister, Margarette Moore.

Arrangements were made by Bowers Funeral Home.
