Bro. Darrell Beggs officiated. Mrs. McNett passed away on Monday, February 5, 2007 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia. She was born in Holton, Kansas on August 14, 1939 to Clayton and Esther Kruger. She grew up in Kansas, living in various rural communities before returning to Holton where she graduated high school. After moving to Teague, she worked for several years as a nurses aid for both the McGee and Teague Nursing Homes as well as being a homemaker. She was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed to sew and crochet. Mrs. McNett is survived by her children, Roberta Clark of Wichita, Kansas, Kevin Kealy of Teague, Greg McNett of Mexia, Eric McNett of Teague, and Rhonda Mills of Mexia; three brothers, Larry Kruger of Michigan, Paul Kruger of Kansas, and Eldon Kruger of Ohio; and numerous other relatives.
