BUFFALO - A memorial service for Cindy ReneŽ Mealer, 48, of Buffalo will be
held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Buffalo Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mealer died Wednesday in Fairfield.

She was born in Key West, Fla. She moved to Buffalo from Humble two years ago.
Mrs. Mealer was a homemaker and a Christian.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Lee Sootoo.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Mealer of Buffalo; a son, David "Ryan"
Brown of Houston; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Tiffany Lynn Sootoo and
Crystal Dawn Gatlin, both of Buffalo, Lina "Michelle" and William Turner of
Longview and Elizabeth Jean and David Bryant of Spring; her father and
stepmother, Gene and Virginia Brown of Houston; her mother and stepfather, Jane
E. and Fred Shafer of Humble; five brothers and three sisters-in-law, Donald E.
and Patricia Brown of Alvin, Larry D. and Tina Brown of Humble, Wade A. and
Tina Brown of Deer Park, James D. Brown of Houston and Robert W. Brown of
Dayton; two sisters, Linda Diane Shouldice of Houston and Gena L. Clark of
Dayton; 12 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
