E. G. Miles, 86, Rites Tuesday

  FAIRFIELD, Sept 28. (Spl) - 
Funeral services for Edgar Gaddis Miles, 86, who died here Monday, were held 
Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Capps Chapel. Officiating were Rev. H. L. McKissick, Rev.
Jack Daniel and Rev. James Bishop.  Burial was in Fairfield cemetery.
  
He was a native of Freestone county and was a retired rural route carrier. He was
a Baptist and Woodman of the World. 
  
Surviving are his wife, Fairifeld; three sons, E. G. Miles, Jr., Pleasanton; Ben
Miles, Fairfield, and Joe Albert Miles, Freeport; two daughters, Mrs. Lela Crosby,
Dallas, and Mrs. Katryn Davis, Fairfield; nine grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.
