Leston Lee Miller
(July 2, 1941 - April 2, 2007)


Funeral services for Leston Lee Miller, 65 of Mexia will be 10 a.m. Thursday, 
April 5, 2007 in Blair – Stubbs Chapel in Mexia. Rev. Marcus Sheffield, pastor 
of First Baptist Church will officiate with interment to follow in Shiloh 
Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday night at the funeral
home.

Mr. Miller was born on July 2, 1941 in Donie to Travis Lee and Oma Fay Jackson
Miller and passed away on April 2, 2007 in a Waco Hospital He lived most of his
life in the Mexia area, was an independent contractor and a member of First 
Baptist Church in Mexia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Brett Patrick Miller, uncle,
Lester Jackson, several aunts, uncles, and cousins and in-laws, Conrad and 
Dessie Carter.

Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Doris Miller of Mexia; Sons and daughters 
in law: Billy and Elrose Miller of Mexia and Michael and Jody Miller of Loxley,
Alabama; Daughter and son in law: Kimberly and Charles (Bubba) Walpole of 
Mexia; grandchildren: Brian, Candace and Jimmy, Melody, LeAnna, Corey, Madison 
and Morgan, great granddaughter, Riley; sister, Oma Dell McKee of Sugarland; 
and brothers, Travis W. Miller and wife, Wanda of Fairfield; Bobby N. Miller 
and wife, Patti, of Henderson and Jimmy D. Miller and wife, Lindy of Sugarland,
sister in law, Beverly Aquerro of Amarillo and Susan Carter of Mexia,brother in
law: Ronnie Carter and wife, Frances of Mexia and a number of nieces and 
nephews.
