Robin Jean (Oliver) Milligan

Robin Jean (Oliver) Milligan, 49, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 
her residence. A memorial service was held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2018 at 
Capps Memorial Chapel with Dr. Richard Heyduck officiating.

Robin was born May 12, 1969 in Houston to parents Robert E. and Carrol Jean 
Ballard Oliver.

Robin married Mike Milligan on May 19, 2008 in Fairfield and previously had lived 
in Palestine.  Robin and Mike attended the First United Methodist Church of 
Fairfield when Mike’s work allowed him to be home in Fairfield.

Robin loved music, dancing, movies, outdoors and spending time with her family.  
She especially loved spoiling her grandchildren.

Robin was preceded in death by her father in 1998.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Mike of Fairfield; two children, Kim 
Carwell and husband Marcus of Palestine; Kevin Smalley and wife Allison of 
Palestine; her mother, Carrol Nock of Palestine; four grandchildren, Markese and 
Jenea Carwell and Leah and Logan Smalley.
