Death of a Child

Tom Avery, little son of Mr. & Mrs. T. E. Minchew, died Sat. morning at 11:45
at the family residence. The little fellow was the oldest of their three
children and had been afflicted only a few days, the trouble being locked
bowels. Tom Avery was three years, nine months and four days of age. Funeral
services were conducted by Rev. E. M. Francis at the family residence Sun.
afternoon at 4 o'clock. The interment was in the city cemetery at 5 o'clock.
The bereaved parents have the sincere sympathy of their many friends.
