Mexia Daily News - May. 8, 2004 edition Corrie Bell Moore TEAGUE - Funeral services for Mrs. Corrie Bell Moore, 89, of Teague, will be this afternoon at 1 o'clock in Moore's Angelic Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverends Albert Moore, Jr., and Roger Hunter will officiate. Burial will be in Antioch Memorial Cemetery. A member of St. James United Methodist Church, Mrs. Moore held membership in the Magnolia Burial Club, was President of the St. James UMC Choir and was a member of the Missions organization of that church. Mrs. Moore was a retired employee of McGee's Nursing Home, where she was a cook, and had also worked in the Aircraft Assembler Plant at Cleveland, Ohio. She was born in Freestone County on Oct. 11, 1914, and died Monday in Limestone Medical Center-Groesbeck. Surviving are a daughter, Marie Jordan; a son and daughter-in-law, Forrest Moore, Jr., and Dorothy; a sister, Mattie Vernon; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are DeLane Moore, Clayton Newton, Green Carroll III, Eric Moore, Sidney Bryant and Fredrick Durham.
