Barry Henson Moore
August 22, 1947 - July 23, 2025

  Barry Henson Moore passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the Teague Nursing 
Home. 
  He was born in Fairfield on August 22, 1947, and graduated from Fairfield High 
School. Barry was a true “Jack of all trades”. He could build anything with metal 
or wood and repair anything. Mr. Moore also did mechanic work and worked on heavy 
equipment. He built several props through the years for the Fairfield High School 
Band performances. Mr. Moore loved all things outdoors and enjoyed listening to 
“Oldies” music from the 1950’s and 60’s. He was a Pentecostal by Faith. 
  He is survived by three children, Bridget Clarkson & husband Billy of Sterlington, 
LA, Barry A. Moore & wife Miranda of Lake Limestone, and Natalie Easter & husband 
Alex of Fairfield; fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; several
cousins; and the mother of his children, Laverne Moore.
  Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Moore; his mother, Joyce 
Moore; one sister, Judy Ward; numerous other relatives.
  A visitation will be held with the family on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 
11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague.
