Carrie C Moorman 88, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday in a local hosptial 
following a short illness. Gravesude services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in
East Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Pleas Layne officiating. Burial will be 
under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home. Mrs. Moorman was born July 7, 1899
at Fairfield, Texas. She was the widow of Elvin G Moorman, who died in 1962 
and was a Methodist. Survivors include one son, Edgar Lamaster of New Boston,
Texas; five daughters, Beulah Ragland of Naples, Texas; Bea Pucell and Lois
Pippin both of Sugarland, Texas, Mattie Holmes of Texarkana and Maried Hackett
of Wake Village, Texas; 31 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five 
great-great grandchildren. The family will be at the home of Marie Hackett,
[address removed], Wake Village.
