Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Amelia A. Mostyn Amelia A. “MooMoo” Mostyn was born October 20, 1930 in China Springs, Texas, one of four daughters born to Rupert L. and Annie L. (Harris) Saunders. On June 2, 1950 she and Kenneth A. Mostyn were married in Waco. She was a homemaker. She lived in Fairfield the past year and four months. She was formerly of Lexington where she was a member of Lexington United Methodist Church, United Methodist Womens, the Red Hat Club, and Lexington Lions Club. Mrs. Mostyn passed away Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Providence Hospital in Waco reaching the age of 79. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Gladys Prickett and Peggy Villines. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Kenneth A. Mostyn of Fairfield. Sons, Kenneth Mostyn, Jr. and wife Barbara of Lexington, Craig Mostyn and wife Patty of Henderson. Daughters, Cindy Ralston and Ricky Rachall of Fairfield, Lee Ann Furfey and husband John of The Woodlands. Sister, Margaret Jaynes of Waco. Ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services, 10:00 AM Monday, June 21, 2010 at Lexington United Methodist Church in Lexington. Burial in the Lexington Cemetery. Rev. Lance Richards officiating.
