Freestone County, Texas Obituaries Funeral Services Wednesday Morning for Mrs. Robinson Funeral services for Mrs. Wirt Robinson, aged 79 years, resident of Navarro county for 50 years, who died at the home of her brother, F. F. Irvine, south of Corsicana, early Tuesday morning, were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the United Presbyterian church with burial in the Eureka cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. Paul Kennedy, pastor of the United Presbyterian church, assisted by Rev. Walter Simpson, pastor of the Eureka Presbyterian church. The family resided in the Eureka community prior to moving to Corsicana. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. M. T. Horn, Corsicana, and Mrs. Mary Harrison, Dallas; four sons, Eddie Robinson, Dallas; Dr. Lee Robinson, Galveston; Dr. Reed Robinson, Galveston; and Frank Robinson, Corsicana; a number of grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; a brother, H. F. Irvine, and a sister, Miss Alice J. Irvine, both of Corsicana. Pallbearers were Charles Irvine, Robert Irvine, John Bonner, Brice Bonner, P. A. Simpson, and Justin Harrison. The funeral was directed by the Southerland-McCammon Funeral Home. [I believe this is from the Corsicana newspaper in 1933.
