Joe Lewis Nemons

Funeral services were held May 29 for Joe Lewis Nemons, 52, who died April 10 at
Dallas Baylor Medical Center.

Services were held at Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Lonnie 
Pelton officiating. Interment was at Avant Cemetery in Teague.

Mr. Nemons was born July 4, 1957 in Teague to the late Earnest Nemons, Sr. and 
Lola B. Nemons. He attended the Teague public schools and had been a truck 
driver for various industries in Dallas.

Surviving Mr. Nemons are his siblings Dorothy Porter, Earnest Nemons, Jr., and 
wife, Linda, Randall Lee Nemons, Doyil Wayne Nemons and Donald Wayne Nemons, 
all of Teague; Chester B. Nemons and wife, Greta, Fairfield; Joyce Marie Nemons, 
Plano, and LaTonya Mitchell Nemons, Dallas; four aunts, one uncle and other 
relatives and friends.

Arrangements were made by Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home of Teague.
