    ODESSA: Essie Fulton Norrell, 84, of Odessa, a homemaker, died
                    Sunday, July 18, 1999, in Houma, La.
     Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial
   Gardens with the Rev. Jack Watkins officiating. Arrangements by Frank
                        W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
                     She was born in Freestone County.
   SURVIVORS: Daughter, Sandra Carter of Houma, La.; three grandchildren;
                       and eight great-grandchildren.
