The Teague Chronicle - Jan. 10, 1919 edition Mrs. Overall dies of pneumonia Mrs. Joanna H. Overall, aged 38 years died at the family residence here at 9:30 o'clock Tues. morning of pneumonia following Spanish influenza. Funeral services were conducted at the residence at 10:00 o'clock am Wed. by Rev. S.W. Thomas. The remains accompanied by friends and relatives were shipped to Cushing, Texas and interment was in the Redland cemetery near there Thursday afternoon. A short service being conducted at the cemetery by Rev.G.W.C. Self. The following, all her sisters and brothers, were at the bedside during her illness and accompanied the remains to the last resting place: W.A. Wallace, Jr. and Mrs. W.A. Carnes, of Lilbert, and Mrs. Jno. Terry of Rusk, W.A. Wallace, Sr., her father, and Sam Overall, brother of Mr. Overall was also there and accompanied the remains to Cushing.
