DIED

The many friends of Mr. F. A. Patrick, of Palestine, will be sorry to hear of 
the death of his son, Henry, about 14 years old, which occurred on Sunday the
13th inst.  Mr. P. lived for several years at Cotton Gin, where he and his 
family were well known.  His son Henry was an exceptionally good boy, one who
for his manly deportment and good disposition won the esteem and good will of 
all that knew him.  His devoted parents were proud of him and most hopeful
of his future and his untimely loss has been a blow most painful and to their
fond expectant hearts.  They have our deserved symptahies in their bereavement.
