"OBITUARY
  Died on the 22d April, at his residence on Tahuacana Creek, Freestone county, 
of pneumonia, R. T. PATTON.
  Mr. Patton was an old and highly esteemed citizen, and his loss will be deeply
mourned by many. We should bear in mind, however, during our afflication, 'that
our loss is his gain'."
