Doris Peden, 84, of Streetman, passed away Friday, Sept. 16, 2005 at Fairview
Manor in Fairfield.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at Griffin Roughton Funeral
Home in Fairfield. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Lakeside United
Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Birdston Cemetery in Streetman.

Doris was born Feb. 12, 1921 in Ash County North Carolina.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Peden of Streetman; sons and daughters in
law, Craig and LeAnn Peden of Grapevine and Kent and JoAnne Peden of Houston;
daughter and son-in-law Daun and James Cantrell of Streetman; three
grandchildren and a sister, Blanche Newman of Virginia.
