Final Rites Set Friday Afternoon For Negro Woman 

Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Robinson Phillips, 58-year-old Negro woman, will 
be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Grove Island A. M. E. Church Mrs. Phillips was 
born at Grove Island in Freestone County and died at a Marlin hospital last 
Saturday. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ.  A Church of 
Christ minister from Dallas will officiate at the services and burial. Will be 
in the Grove Island Cemetery with Dorsey-Keatts Funeral Home in charge of 
arrangements.
